When touring, do you focus on the downhill but you want at the same time to save your energy on the climb? Then the Radical 97 ski set for women is the perfect choice for you. This set consists of the Radical 97 touring ski, the ST Rotation 10 binding, and the corresponding POMOCA skins.
Playful, nimble and yet very stable – The new Radical 97 touring ski for women makes the hearts of descent-oriented touring enthusiasts beat faster. It provides pure ski fun in the snow in all kinds of conditions. Its light construction with 100% poplar wood core and the time-tested DYNAFIT carbon speed stringers allow you to save valuable energy on the climb. Compared to the men’s model, the women’s version features a softer flex for a fluid ride. A modern sidecut and the newly developed rocker at the tip and tail transform this ski into the perfect companion for untouched powder, steep couloirs, and diverse descents. Even in demanding ski conditions or when wearing a heavy backpack, you maintain full control and execute perfect ski turns. The slightly raised tip lends improved turn initiation and easy float. The full sidewalls guarantee direct power transfer to the edges for best performance and stability on both soft snow and hardpack.
The ST Rotation 10 is impressive as a nearly indestructible binding with strong downhill performance, the highest comfort, and TÜV-certified safety. The patented DYNAFIT pivoting toe piece evens out impacts that can effect ski and binding on a powerful dynamic downhill. The binding release function is thus more reliable and effectively counters unwanted early release. A forward pressure of 10 mm ensures that the release value remains constant even when skis experience deflection. With its bayonet positive lock at the heel unit, an extremely high power transfer from binding to ski is achieved for increased responsiveness and better downhill performance. The Step-In Side Towers make entry into the toe piece more than 30% easier. Meaning fast as lightening you are fully and easily ready to get going. At the same time, it increases lateral stability on the descent. The “Hub Centering” system in all bindings with a pivoting toe piece makes it child’s play for users to click into the boot’s neutral position and thus makes it easy to adjust your position for climbing. The brake locks out in walk mode automatically for best user-friendly handling. Thanks to three different walk modes, you can climb with maximum comfort. The binding also offers 45 mm of flex in its length adjustment, enabling it to fit various sole lengths. The release values can be adjusted from DIN 4 to 10. As with all DYNAFIT bindings, the ST Rotation 10 has been developed and manufactured in Germany and offers DYNAFIT’s Lifetime Guarantee.
The set is rounded out with the Radical 97 ski touring skins. These have been made in Switzerland with the familiar POMOCA quality, offering ideal grip and glide characteristics.
